You will receive full refund of payments if:

1. On inspection of item in sellers location, you find that the item does not match the description or has obvious defaults not stated or seen in the image of the AD, that we impair use of the item
2. Seller decides not to sell after you have made payment for the item

7.5 % fee we be deducted from your refund where:

1. You fail to pick up item within 48 hrs of payment and seller asks for new buyer due to your delay. Where a shorter time frame of 24hr is stipulated for a particular item, such we be mentioned in the item description and emphasized before payment
2. Within THREE hours of payment, you inform us you are no longer interested in purchasing the item but before inspection of the item
